We are looking for a new colleague to fill the position of Senior Programmer at our office in Bucharest.

In this regard, the Senior Programmer will:

1. Develop and maintain software applications.
2. Provide user support for the software projects developed.
3. Develop the specialized knowledge base of the department.
4. Ensure the proper functioning of the equipment at their disposal.

The Programmer will be responsible for:

• Preparing activities for the smooth execution of the processes they are responsible for, from the start of the work until the project's completion
• Creating project-specific working documents (planning, user manual)
• Meeting execution deadlines and design requirements
• Ensuring the quality of the IT solutions provided
• Complying with quality standards imposed by project specifications
• Conducting tests for the developed applications
• Reporting within the established deadlines to the immediate supervisor
• Fulfilling the responsibilities, activities, and tasks outlined in this document and adhering to the internal working procedures
• Continuously improving the quality of their professional and specialized training
• Respecting confidentiality commitments regarding information and non-competition as defined in the annex to the individual employment contract, as well as adhering to the security rules outlined in the company’s internal documents and procedures
• Informing the management representative about environmental protection issues related to their area of activity
• Fulfilling tasks assigned from the quality and environmental management system documents

The ideal candidate has:

• Technical knowledge: React, HTML, PHP, LAMP environment, MySQL, Linux
• Intermediate to advanced English skills (written and spoken)
• Analytical technical thinking
• General learning aptitude
• Communication skills
• Planning and organizing operations and activities
• Providing and transmitting information
• Collecting, classifying, and interpreting information
