- The service offered by Zipper facilitates electronic archiving in accordance with Romanian laws for documents generated exclusively in electronic format or transferred from physical format to electronic format.
- According to applicable legislation, documents stored in the electronic archive are pre-signed by the owner of the documents using a qualified electronic signature certificate issued by a certification authority.
- This type of archiving has appropriate mechanisms to guarantee the integrity of archived documents.
Integrity = absence of unintended changes to the content of the archive.
Integrity assurance is achieved through the proper association of descriptive metadata with the document, verification of the number of copies and their synchronization, verification of the completeness of archiving agreements, and validation of audit trails for all accesses.
Confidentiality
All stored information is processed securely and confidentially, in compliance with GDPR standards (GDPR Regulation 679/2016) and other applicable regulations on confidentiality and data protection.
Availability
