Packaging declarations of conformity (PPWR)

In accordance with the applicable requirements of Regulation (EU) 2025/40 on Packaging and Packaging Waste (PPWR), the Declarations of Conformity relating to the packaging used for the packaging of finished products are made available to customers and business partners through this section.

The Declarations of Conformity are prepared on the basis of the technical documentation and the information provided by the manufacturer of the packaging and/or its components. They confirm that the packaging complies with the applicable requirements of Regulation (EU) 2025/40 and with other relevant European legislation.

In accordance with the PPWR, technical documentation supporting the issuance of the Declaration of Conformity is maintained for each type of packaging. This documentation contains the information necessary to demonstrate the packaging's compliance with the applicable requirements of the Regulation. It is made available to the competent authorities upon request, under the conditions laid down by the applicable legislation.

The Declarations of Conformity published in this section constitute the compliance documents for each type of packaging and are updated whenever changes occur to the technical information or to the applicable legislative requirements.
