How does it work?
DOCUMENT ENTRY
Register the required document, regardless of its physical or electronic form. For printed documents, the application provides a scanning and capture processing function, while for electronic documents, they can originate from personal computers or other means (email, fax, mobile, tablet, web portal, shared directory, eVoice).
DOCUMENT REGISTRATION
Multiple facilities for adding and identifying documents. The application has an intuitive, user-friendly interface that is easy to use. You have support for adding additional documents of various types and enjoy the keyword association function for easy document identification.
DATA SEARCH
Multiple search methods are available, using various criteria for filtering and sorting: registration number and date, document type, or any of the defined and completed metadata descriptors for each document type.
ATTACHMENT OF ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS
Support is provided for adding additional documents of various types, and you can register a document in the system independently of the scanning process (with subsequent addition of the document image).
REGISTRATION DATA EXPORT
The application can export all registered data! Data from documents registered through the application can be easily exported to the IT systems already implemented within the company.
