We are looking for a new colleague to fill the position of IT Project Manager at our office in Cluj.

In this regard, the Project Manager will:

• Plan, coordinate, and control the execution of the project
• Coordinate activities within the project, directly supervising technical teams, consultants, and other collaborators involved
• Identify technical approaches to project execution
• Coordinate and participate in analysis activities (finalizing implementation specifications)
• Coordinate and participate in implementation, testing, and training activities
• Be responsible for preparing project reports, both internally and for the client
• Be responsible for delivering project deliverables (final product, documentation)
• Create detailed work plans and monitor compliance with their implementation using the company's project tracking tools
• Organize and coordinate the procurement of goods and services within the project, if applicable
• Ensure an appropriate information flow, discussions, and feedback among various project participants
• Continuously analyze ways to improve working styles to maximize efficiency in achieving set objectives
• Participate in all project events, ensuring their proper preparation

The ideal candidate has:

• Technical specialization (higher education studies in progress or completed) is an advantage
• Basic IT knowledge (operating systems, networking elements, databases) is an advantage
• Proficiency in English at least at an intermediate level
• Negotiation techniques for IT project management
• PC operating skills (Ms Office, Outlook)
• Analytical and synthesis skills
• Planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling skills for specific operations and activities
• Ability to evaluate and make decisions within the scope of the position's responsibilities
• Timely escalation of issues
• Communication and relationship-building skills
• Initiative and practical spirit
• Results-oriented mindset
• Experience in presenting software solutions and services is an advantage
